Wally Lopez
For more than 8 years, Wally has been involved in the sales operation of Punta Mita, earning a reputation for excellence and professionalism. His extensive knowledge of the Punta Mita development and the surrounding area makes him a valued consultant and closing specialist for the sales team. He is certified by the Mexican real estate professionals association and has an extensive knowledge of all legal and technical aspects of the real estate industry in Mexico. Wally is an avid surfer and outdoor person and holds a bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing from the Technology Institute of Superior Studies from Monterrey.
Jonathon Smart
Originally from Sussex, England; Jonathon has been an integral part of the Punta Mita Properties executive sales & management team over the past 6 years, bringing his professionalism, attention to detail and determination, Jonathon has been an important component in the success of Punta Mita Properties to his departure. Jonathon has taken Mexican real estate certification courses and is a member of AMPI. Jonathon brings to the team his unique attributes as a teacher and inspirational trainer and leader. Prior to joining the Punta Mita Properties team Jonathon was managing vacation ownership and fractional sales for one of the market leaders in Mexico, managing more than 50 sales associates. Having recently completed his first commercial development “Plaza Ollin” (along with his development partner Wally Lopez) in the Village of Punta de Mita where the Riviera Partners Previews offices are located. Having developed an extensive knowledge and understanding of the construction and architecture processes and participated in several master planned communities evolutional processes. He has on the ground knowledge and experience with both high end residential communities and commercial developments. Jonathon has been a National competitor in two different sports and currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of an International Martial Arts Organization. Jonathon lives with his family in the Bay of Banderas.
Brock Squire
Originally from Vancouver, B.C. and a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelors of Commerce in Urban Land Economics, Brock has been a leading participant in the Puerto Vallarta real estate market since his arrival in 1984. During that time he has been an active particpant in the Puerto Vallarta Chapter of the Mexican Professional Real Estate Association (AMPI) where he has most recently served as President. His association with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation began approximately 10 years ago when he was awarded the first Coldwell Banker franchise in Mexico. Since 2001 Brock has been a dedicated force in the real estate sales of Punta Mita Resort which has grown from $10M in annual sales to over $100M during that time.. Brock and his wife, Bonnie have two children and currently live in the Puerto Vallarta area.
